All/Pros came to our “real estate rescue” after two agents who were the typical real estate agents that flood the market as nothing but useless breathing bodies desperately trying to turn a dollar attempted to represent us. We were selling our house, and subsequently buying a new one. Not too difficult for an agent that some idea of the real estate business. We just wanted someone competent. A friend of ours referred us to All/Pros.
All/Pros far exceeded any expectations we had for a company. Our agent was not only extremely versed in buying and selling real estate, but his background in the housing, building and development industry gave us the additional benefit of someone with an incredible degree of knowledge to tackle virtually any material problem we may encounter. Our experience with the previous real estate agents left us very skeptical, but after a short time we came to the agreement that the All/Pros agent is a true magician in the real estate world.
After trying to sell our house for six months, All/Pros sold it in 14 days. Soon after, All/Pros found us the proverbial “dream house” 4 days later. The new house was better than anything we had seen or imagined. Our All/Pros agent assisted us in any way he could, with our old home, he made repairs and spruced up the yard to better present our house to prospective buyers.
When we were searching to buy a home, our Agent intuitively modified his own search criteria to meet ours within the prescribed limits of where we wanted to live, price, and time to move. He always kept us well informed as to what was going on, whether it was with the banks, other agents, buyers, sellers, or lawyers. He bargained for us every step of the way. He always ensured that our desires were communicated swiftly and effectively to the other parties.
Today, when we hear of someone buying or selling a home, we ask for the name of their agent; when we don’t hear the name of our All/Pros agent we know that they are getting far less than they deserve. We believe that if the real estate standard was All/Pros, there would be very few real estate agents in the country. Sellers would sell their houses because of All/Pros’ professional skills and knowledge. Buyers would be living in a palace. That’s what All/Pros did for us.”
