Yes, All/Pros Commission + Plus Plan will eliminate office expenses. Our + Plus Plan is included in all of our commission plans.
Our Commission + Plus Plan is based on an agent referral plan. Here’s how it works:
Agent John joins All/Pros and recruits Agents Mary, Tom and Sue during a two year period. If each agent sells 10 homes a year, Agent John will receive 3000 credits (100 credits per transaction). John’s annual office fee is $2,600. The 3000 credits will pay his yearly office fee and the overage of 400 credits will apply toward the following year’s expenses.
John will receive the transaction credit perpetually as long as Mary, Tom and Sue are agents with All/Pros.
