From time to time the cities of Hampton Roads offer assistance programs for buyers.  These programs are subject to locations and funding.  It does involve paperwork and documentation, but it is also another opportunity to purchase a home.

Credits

On April 30, 2010 the government ended the tax credit program that offered $8,000 for first time buyers and $6,500 for current home owners.

Realizing the need for assistance in this economic environment All/Pros decided to assist Buyers in obtaining credits or rebates from our participating affiliates.  Please contact us as to availability and amount of credits or rebates.
